Ardrey Kell entered their tilt with Olympic on Tuesday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Trojans a 17-0 shutout. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by seven runs or more this season.

Ardrey Kell let Cameron Hightower and Reagan Martin run wild. Hightower went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Martin went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Arianna Hills was another key player, getting on base in both of her plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.

Ardrey Kell always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .826. The last time their OBP was this high was back in April of 2024.

Ardrey Kell's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-7. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Olympic, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ardrey Kell will head out to take on Mooresville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
