Meanwhile, Tri-Central was able to grind out a solid victory over Clinton Prairie on Tuesday, taking the game 46-37.
Tri-Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Autumn Hurt led the charge by dropping a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. Layla Keith was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with 4 steals.
Maconaquah's victory bumped their season record to 3-5 while Oak Hill's defeat dropped theirs to 7-3.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Maconaquah have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 23.1 rebounds per game.
