Despite the loss, IDEA Bluff Springs still got an impressive performance from Samantha Saucedo-Palencia, who scored 25 points. That was a full 59.5% of IDEA Bluff Springs' points, marking the eighth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Hope Saenz was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Valor South Austin's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-8. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.6 points per game.
