Anaconda's Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to Travis Dye
Travis Dye helped snap Anaconda's seven-game losing streak dating back to last season. On Friday Dye rushed for 69 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 90 yards and a touchdown while completing 85.7% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up 0.5 sacks and making five total tackles (2.0 for loss).
Anaconda's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. Dye and Anaconda will venture away from home to square off against Loyola-Sacred Heart on Friday.

Loyola-Sacred Heart Gets a Boost from Stack in 33-14 Victory
Another Loyola-Sacred Heart player making an appearance on this list is Ethan Stack. He picked up 135 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 68 yards.
Unfortunately for Thompson Falls, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Stack. When Stack last faced the Blue Hawks back in October of 2023, he picked up 126 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Mason Arlington and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Florence-Carlton picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Mason Arlington. Arlington was unstoppable, throwing for 198 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 37 yards.
If history really does repeat itself, Arlington might just drop another big game when he faces off against Thompson Falls on Friday. When Arlington last faced the Blue Hawks back in October of 2023, he threw for 226 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 83 yards and a touchdown.

Rounding off our Top Five is Emmet Mckim of Lincoln County. Mckim picked up 31 receiving yards.
