The Bison Cardinals and the Timber Lake Panthers will face off at 5:30 p.m. on January 23rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Timber Lake took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Bison, who comes in off a win.
Bison posted their biggest win yet this season on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 45-24 margin over McIntosh. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Bison has posted against McIntosh since January 23, 2021.
Timber Lake suffered their biggest defeat since December 14, 2023 on Saturday. They had to suffer through a rough 56-22 loss at the hands of Harding County. Having soared to a lofty 65 points in the game before, Timber Lake couldn't push the score so high this time.
Bison's victory bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Timber Lake, they have fallen quite a ways from their 16-6 record last season and are now at 4-8.
Bison was dealt a bruising 56-19 defeat at the hands of Timber Lake when the teams last played back in January of 2023. Can Bison avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
