The Hebrew Academy Warriors's homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Katz Yeshiva Storm at 7:30 p.m. on December 28th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 87-43, which was the final score in Hebrew Academy's tilt against True North Classical Academy on Thursday. Hebrew Academy has not had much luck with True North Classical Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Katz Yeshiva pushed their score all the way to 79 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 86-79 to Jewish Culture. Despite running the score up even higher than they did two weeks ago (64), Katz Yeshiva still had to take the loss.
Hebrew Academy's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 9-2. As for Katz Yeshiva, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 2-4.
Hebrew Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Katz Yeshiva in their previous meeting back in November, but they still walked away with a 46-41 win. Will Hebrew Academy repeat their success, or does Katz Yeshiva have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
