The Foran Lions will square off against the Northwest Catholic Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Foran had a senior duo take command as Zachary Quieroz rushed for 204 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.5 yards per carry and Nicholas Salvador rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. Quieroz also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles (4.0 for loss).

Vincent Burbank was a one-man wrecking crew for Northwest Catholic as he threw for 245 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt. Kayden Davis was Burbank's top target, picking up 95 receiving yards and a touchdown.
The win got Foran back to even at 1-1. As for Northwest Catholic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
