If Hollywood Hills wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Flanagan, they should've done a better job of containing AJ Forges. The Falcons took down the Spartans 66-50 on Monday with plenty of help from Forges, who went 8-for-11 en route to 24 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points.

Dominic Carias was another key player, putting up six points along with seven assists and three steals. Carias is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Flanagan's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Hollywood Hills, their record is now 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Flanagan won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Cypress Bay at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hollywood Hills, they and South Broward will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. The Spartans will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 53.75 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
