Football Recap: Temple Extends Winning Streak to Four + How To Watch

Temple put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 27-14 victory over the South Atlanta Hornets. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Nehemiah Dorsey and Serjoe Jones. Dorsey rushed for 100 yards and a pair of scores while Jones rushed for 155 yards on only 15 carries. Temple also got a significant boost from Jaiden McDaniel, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 82 yards.

Temple was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 458 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since the start of last season.

Temple's record now sits at 4-0. As for South Atlanta, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After each having a week off, Temple and Pepperell will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. This will be the Tigers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for South Atlanta, they will host Landmark Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
