The Columbia Central Lions entered their tilt with the Summit Spartans with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Columbia Central walked away with a 48-38 victory over Summit on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Columbia Central also won the last time the pair played back in February.
Among those leading the charge was Saviya Morgan, who scored 22 points along with 4 steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Columbia Central's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tionna Davis, who scored 13 points.
Columbia Central pushed their record up to 3-0 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Summit, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Columbia Central will take on Sycamore at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Summit, they will head out on the road to face off against Fairview at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
