Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Southwestern). They walked away with a 61-52 victory over the Clymer Central Pirates on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trojans also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Clymer Central lost, don't look at Carson White. Despite the final result, he went 13 for 22 en route to 29 points in addition to seven boards and five steals. Roman Wassink was another key player, putting up ten points and six rebounds.

Southwestern's win ended a ten-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-7. As for Clymer Central, they dropped their record down to 7-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Southwestern has already played their next matchup (against Dunkirk), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Clymer Central has already played their next game, a 58-53 loss against Sherman on the 4th.
