Trevor Young turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Monday. He turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Don Lugo is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-5 otherwise.

Young's strong effort led Don Lugo over Ontario and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Don Lugo is 9-1 against Ontario going back to March of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
