Pennsauken Tech's loss came despite strong showings from James Stout and Omari Spencer. Stout scored 23 points along with eight rebounds and three steals, while Spencer scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. It was the first time this season that Stout pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Pennsauken Tech has not been sharp recently as the team's lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Riverside, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-11.
Pennsauken Tech is on the road again on Monday and plays Camden Catholic on February 5th. Hopefully Pennsauken Tech focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 33 on Saturday. As for Riverside, they will be playing at home against LEAP Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
