Spring was led to victory by Jada Thomas and Za'Kenya Thompson. Thomas scored 20 points, while Thompson scored 21 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Thomas has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Melaya Carter, who scored eight points.
Spring has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 25-6 record this season. As for Eisenhower, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost 13 of their last 16 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-20 record this season.

As for Eisenhower, they will square off against Benjamin Davis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Benjamin Davis presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Eisenhower in Texas (Benjamin Davis is ranked 419th, while Eisenhower is ranked 1075th).
