The NorthWood Panthers had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.3 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They took down Glenn 43-25. That result was just more of the same for these two, as NorthWood also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
Joselyn Edwards continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Haylee Heflin, who scored ten points.
Despite the loss, Glenn still got an impressive performance from Addison Reese, who scored 12 points. Reese scored a full 48% of Glenn's points, the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
NorthWood is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season. As for Glenn, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8.
NorthWood will be playing in front of their home fans against Wawasee at 7:45 p.m. on Saturday. Glenn is on the road again on Thursday and play against New Prairie at 5:00 p.m. on January 4th. New Prairie is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
