Georgetown found their leader in underclassman Morgan Preston, who scored 6 points along with 7 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabrielle Ernst, who scored 12 points.
Bethel-Tate's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Georgetown, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
Bethel-Tate will look to defend their home court on Monday against Clermont Northeastern at 7:00 p.m. As for Georgetown, they will head out on the road to face off against East Clinton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. East Clinton is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
