The First Assembly Christian Crusaders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Harding Academy Lions at 7:30 p.m. First Assembly Christian will be looking to keep their nine-game home win streak alive.
Last Friday, everything went First Assembly Christian's way against the Gryphons as the Crusaders made off with a 70-49 victory. Given First Assembly Christian's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked fifth, while the Gryphons are ranked 203rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Harding Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against the Defenders on Thursday, but they still walked away with a 40-36 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Harding Academy.
First Assembly Christian is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season. As for Harding Academy, their win bumped their record up to 14-6.
