On Friday Renton take on Lindbergh at Homecoming game and Linbergh senior night at 7:00 PM. Renton come in off of four low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
Renton have to be aching after a bruising 6-28 loss to Franklin Pierce last Thursday. Renton were down by 0-21 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-49, which was the final score in Lindbergh's tilt against Washington. Lindbergh were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-43.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
