North College Hill is 7-1 against Miami Valley Christian Academy since December of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The North College Hill Trojans will head out on the road to face off against the Miami Valley Christian Academy Lions at 7:30 p.m.
Last Friday, North College Hill took a serious blow against Roger Bacon, falling 74-28. North College Hill has not had much luck with Roger Bacon recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Meanwhile, Miami Valley Christian Academy humbled New Miami with a 64-19 victory. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-11.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Miami Valley Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Peyton Kelly, who scored 12 points along with 7 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Casey Heap, who scored 12 points along with 4 steals.
North College Hill's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Miami Valley Christian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
North College Hill skirted past Miami Valley Christian Academy 63-60 when the teams last played back in December of 2022. The rematch might be a little tougher for North College Hill since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
