City View and Iowa Park are an even 4-4 against one another  since February of 2017, but likely not for long.  Meanwhile, Iowa Park can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Vernon as Iowa Park made off with  a  16-2 victory. The  win was just what Iowa Park needed coming off of  a  14-3 defeat in their prior  game.
  lane york looked comfortable as she  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (she also only allowed one  walk).
 On the hitting side,  Jacie Barnes was  incredible,  going 1-for-2 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.  Raylee Huse was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 3-for-4.
 City View's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Iowa Park, their record now sits at 15-12-1.
 City View might still be hurting after the  22-2 defeat they got from Iowa Park  when the teams last played  back in March. Can City View avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
