It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but New Prague ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the St. Louis Park Orioles 8-7. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Orioles: they've now won five in a row.

New Prague's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for St. Louis Park, they dropped their record down to 5-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
