  Jalen York was a one-man wrecking crew for Boron as he threw for 214 yards and six touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes.  Colton Boyett was in the mix  too, providing Boron with two touchdowns.
 Boron didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Gavin Kinney,  Santos Escobar,  Moses Garcia,  and  Christian Morgan picked up one apiece.
 Boron's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Desert,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-6.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Boron will take on Rosamond at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. That  contest will pit two of the most dominant  backs against one another:  Andrew Gartica and  Robert Evans. As for Desert, they will square off against Bishop Union at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Bishop Union will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Desert surely won't give up without a fight.
