Kootenai had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They blew past Troy 44-14. This was the first game for both teams, giving Kootenai a 1-0 record and starting Troy off at 0-1.
Next week, Kootenai take on Clark Fork at 7:00 PM. As for Troy, they will face of against Prairie.
