The Verde Valley Coyotes lost to the Orme Warriors back in January of 2023, but the Verde Valley Coyotes didn't allow the Orme Warriors the same satisfaction on Tuesday. Verde Valley walked away with a 42-30 win over Orme. The win made it back-to-back wins for Verde Valley.
Despite the loss, Orme still got an impressive performance from Bartek Kreglewski, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Kreglewski also posted two+ blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Welty, who scored six points.
Verde Valley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Orme, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Verde Valley will take on Leupp Boarding at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orme, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Caurus Academy at 4:00 p.m.
