Jessica Mooney made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in May of 2024. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run and five RBI.

Kaci Velardi was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing three bases while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances. Sophia Spatacco also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
