Hephzibah is 0-6 against Morgan County since February of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Hephzibah Rebels will be playing at home against the Morgan County Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Hephzibah gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They won by a goal and slipped past Salem 5-4.
Meanwhile, Morgan County kept a clean sheet against Salem on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Seminoles as they made off with a 10-0 win. Teddy Young was a massive factor in the win, as he booted in five goals all by himself.
Hephzibah ended up on the wrong side of a painful 6-3 walloping at their hands when the teams last played back in March of 2023. Can they avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
