The biggest upset of the week belonged to Mossyrock, who took down 174th ranked Mossyrock, 35-27.
Wahkiakum extended the longest winning streak in 2B Central this week by beating Onalaska, 49-27. The victory was the fifth in a row for the Mules.
Morton/White Pass's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Rylon Kolb threw for 49 and one touchdown and Ben Powell had 25 yards receiving. On the ground Gianni Bertucci chipped in 107 yards. Bertucci helped Morton/White Pass' passing attack out by catching one ball for 24 yards.
Morton/White Pass' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Timberwolves feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Kolb has thrown for 411 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Bertucci has five catches for 173 yards. Brian Reynolds leads the league in rushing with 485 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Timberwolves take on Toutle Lake. As it stands, Morton/White Pass is in second, while the Ducks are in third.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Aaron Poquette's team takes on Toutle Lake. The Timberwolves have allowed 12 points this season, while Scott Grabenhorst's team has given up 73. Morton/White Pass allowed 6 points last week as it bested Napavine.
The Ducks were the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in 2B Central. Toutle Lake beat Winlock 42-8 earlier in the week.
