The Iowa Park Hawks and the Brock Eagles squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Iowa Park Hawks had to settle for second. Iowa Park had to suffer through a rough 59-0 loss at the hands of Brock. Iowa Park has struggled against Brock recently, as their game on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Brody Woods went supernova for Brock, throwing for 286 yards and four touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground. Tyler Butler was in the mix as well, providing Brock with two touchdowns.
Iowa Park has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Brock, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
Iowa Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Brock will head out on the road to face off against Muleshoe at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Muleshoe is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
