Whetstone has played every game this season on their home court, but they'll have to hit the road on Tuesday. They will challenge the East Tigers at 7:00 p.m.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 64-31, which was the final score in Whetstone's tilt against Worthington Kilbourne on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, East took care of business in their home opener on Wednesday (barely). They had just enough and edged Horizon Science Academy out 63-61. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Groveport-Madison's win bumped their season record to 0-0 while Whetstone's loss dropped theirs to 0-2.
Everything went Whetstone's way against East in their previous matchup back in January as Whetstone made off with a 75-54 victory. Will Whetstone repeat their success, or does East have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
