Adyson Mlnarik continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 39 points and nine rebounds. Mlnarik is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Lydia Robertson, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
In what's become a running theme this season, Elgin/Pope John gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Chambers/Wheeler Central 76-33 at home. Elgin/Pope John pushed the score to 53-25 by the end of the third, a deficit Chambers/Wheeler Central had little chance of recovering from.
Elgin/Pope John relied on the efforts of Ashlynne Charf, who scored 18 points, and Keyera Eisenhauer, who scored 20 points. Kate Furstenau was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard]'s victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Elgin/Pope John, they pushed their record up to 18-2 with that victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.
