With a playoff win on the line, Panguitch rose to the challenge on Saturday. They blew past the Piute Thunderbirds 12-2. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won 19 contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Panguitch has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.1 runs over those games. As for Piute, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 17-8 record.
