The biggest upset of the week belonged to Cathedral, who took down 104th ranked Cathedral, 51-48. Brock Roberts threw for 231 yards and 5 touchdowns and ran for 169 yards in the win.
Thomas Garrity and Dennis Rogers provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Bogue Chitto. The connection was good for 63 yards, the longest such play in 1A Region 4 this season.
The Green Wave's dynamic duo of Garrity and Jardarius Anderson proved tough for the Bobcats to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Garrity threw for 502 yards and 6 touchdowns and Anderson had 198 yards receiving. Ishmael Blackmon helped Cathedral's passing attack out by catching 7 balls for 170 yards.

Leading 1A Region 4 in both passing and receiving yards, Cathedral's Garrity and Anderson have proven to be a lethal combination. Garrity has thrown for 1,093 yards this season, while Anderson has 31 catches for 475 yards. Blackwell from the Bobcats leads the league in rushing with 398 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Stringer takes on second place Salem. Stringer bested Enterprise last week, while Salem defeated Resurrection Catholic.
One of the league's premier quarterbacks will face off with its top pass rusher when the Green Wave and Hinds County Agricultural face off next week.
Bogue Chitto moved up to 106 from 139 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Bobcats climbed the ranks as a result of besting Cathedral 51-48.
