The Legacy Academy Warriors are on the road again on Monday and play against the Columbia Christian Crusaders at 6:00 p.m. on November 27th. Columbia Christian took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Legacy Academy, who comes in off a win.
Last Saturday, Legacy Academy didn't have too much trouble with Gospel Light Christian on the road as they won 54-36.
It was another big night for Oaklee Lofton, who dropped a double-double on 40 points and 11 rebounds. The match was her ninth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Skylar Alexander, who scored 8 points.
Meanwhile, Columbia Christian's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by Emerson at home and fell 67-19.
Their wins bumped Legacy Academy to 6-3 and Gospel Light Christian to 3-3.
Legacy Academy won a contest that couldn't have been any closer in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, slipping by Columbia Christian 1-0. Does Legacy Academy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Columbia Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
