After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last ten matchups, Bear Grass Charter finally came back down to earth on Monday. They fell 7-2 to the Greene Central Rams. The Bears' loss signaled the end of their 14-game winning streak.

Bear Grass Charter saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hayden Willoughby, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Bear Grass Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 16-2. As for Greene Central, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.
