On Friday Starmont will take on GMG at 7:00 PM. Starmont come in off of eight low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
Things haven't been easy for Starmont, and their contest last Friday only extended their streak of losses to eight. They ended up forfeiting their match against Nashua-Plainfield 0-2 last Friday.
Meanwhile, GMG didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 14-19 to BCLUW.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see if Starmont are able to find more success (and make for a more exciting matchup than their last) when the teams meet up.
