Manteca hadn't done well against Sierra recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Buffaloes blew past the Timberwolves 3-0. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Buffaloes this season.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 25-14.

Amari Currey and Rachael Dole certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Currey had ten digs, while Dole had ten digs.

The victory made it two in a row for Manteca and bumps their season record up to 5-4. As for Sierra, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Manteca wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Central Catholic on the 11th. As for Sierra, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Turlock on the 10th.
