After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Indian River, Norcom was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Lake Taylor Titans with a sharp 38-7 win. The victory continues a trend for the Greyhounds in their matchups with the Titans: they've now won five in a row.

Norcom now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Lake Taylor, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Norcom will head out on the road to square off against Phoebus at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Phoebus has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 18.5 runs per game on average), something Norcom will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Lake Taylor, they will look to defend their home field on April 7 against Lakeland at 4:00 p.m.
