Last Saturday, Palm Beach Lakes strolled past Deerfield Beach with points to spare, taking the game 47-32.
Palm Beach Lakes relied on the efforts of Laniya Hall, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds, and Ezria Pierre-louis, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. That's the first time this season that Hall scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Zuri Miller-Whiteside, who scored six points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, Seminole Ridge scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Jupiter 74-22 at home. Seminole Ridge has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 20 points or more this season.
Palm Beach Lakes now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Seminole Ridge, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-4.
