 Meanwhile, East Bladen fell victim to a  rough 9-3 defeat at the hands of Cherryville  on Tuesday.

 Scotland's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for East Bladen, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.
East Bladen's pitching crew has a tough task ahead of them:  Scotland has been making plenty of contact this season,  having  averaged 9.3  hits per game.
