The Ayala Bulldogs entered their tilt with the Alta Loma Braves with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Ayala breezed by Alta Loma at home to the tune of 43-6. Considering Ayala has won three matches by more than 34 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Ayala's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Maximus Barroso led the charge by rushing for 52 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 45 yards and a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Elijah Duarte , who threw for 68 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.
Another reason for the win was Ayala's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for four sacks. Alta Loma's QB won't forget Nathan Bull anytime soon given Bull sacked him four times.
Ayala has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. As for Alta Loma, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Ayala will look to defend their home field on Friday against Culver City at 7:00 p.m. Alta Loma does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
