Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cheyenne-Eagle Butte to victory, but perhaps none more so than Easton Lawrence, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 20 rebounds. Those 20 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. Dayson Kennedy was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Cheyenne-Eagle Butte's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Crow Creek, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
Cheyenne-Eagle Butte will be playing in front of their home fans against Lakota Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Lakota Tech is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Crow Creek, they will head out on the road to face off against Mobridge-Pollock at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
