 Brani Jackson was  her usual excellent self,  en route to 18  points in addition to seven  steals and five  assists. She has been hot for a while, having  posted two or more  steals the last 12 times she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Jayla Wilson, who  on her way to 13 points along with six  assists and three  steals.
 Bellevue East  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 13  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least 11  offensive boards in five consecutive  matchups.
 Meanwhile, Fremont was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They had to suffer through  an    88-47 loss at the hands of Bellevue West. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  47-24.
 Bellevue East's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Fremont, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-17.
