They secured a 48-42 W over Mountain View. This was payback for Red Mountain, who suffered a 38-37 loss the last time these two teams met.
It was another big night for Macy Johnson, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Makaia Jenkins was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five rebounds.
Red Mountain pushed their record up to 16-5 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.4 points per game. As for Mountain View, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-11.
