Kopperl led 1A 6 Man 1 Region III District 11 (6 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 52 points on Morgan.
Walnut Springs's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Zane Trotter threw for 100 and one touchdown and Dillon Rose had 42 yards receiving. On the ground Rose chipped in 108 yards. Carlos Lerma helped Walnut Springs' passing attack out by catching one ball for 37 yards.
Walnut Springs' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Hornets feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Trotter has thrown for 347 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Rose has 11 catches for 103 yards. Rose leads the league in rushing with 536 yards.
