West has been on the road for five straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Eastmoor Academy Warriors at 7:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the pair posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Last Friday, West came up short against Marion-Franklin and fell 72-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did on Tuesday (60), West still had to take the loss.
Meanwhile, Eastmoor Academy also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Walnut Ridge by a score of 79-68. Eastmoor Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
West now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Eastmoor Academy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2.
West suffered a grim 68-45 defeat to Eastmoor Academy in their previous matchup back in January. Can West avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
