Arlington will look to defend their home turf on Friday against John Jay at 5:30 PM. Arlington are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.
Last week, Arlington narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Carmel 10-7. Senior Xavier Powell was the offensive standout of the match for Arlington, as he picked up 109 yards on the ground.
Meanwhile, John Jay were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They put a hurting on Suffern to the tune of 35-0. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-0.
