Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Francis). They breezed by the Aquinas Falcons to the tune of 71-33 on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Golden Knights who have now won three matchups in a row.

Aquinas' loss came despite strong showings from Marcus Mcgeilberry and Lj Hall. Mcgeilberry posted 11 points, while Hall put up eight points. Those 11 points gave Mcgeilberry a new career-high.

St. Francis pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.6 points per game. As for Aquinas, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.

St. Francis will face off against Maranatha at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Francis has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Aquinas, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 59-47 defeat against Summit on the 11th.
