Arlington/Lake Preston will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against DeSmet in at 7:00 PM.
Arlington/Lake Preston had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They steamrollered St. Mary 50-12.
Meanwhile,, DeSmet couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were given a punishing 0-38 loss at the hands of Castlewood.
Arlington/Lake Preston's lifted them to 1-0 while DeSmet's defeat dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Arlington/Lake Preston can add another positive mark to their record or if DeSmet can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Arlington/Lake Preston's step.
