The Pisgah Bears will challenge the Brevard Blue Devils at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Pisgah comes in on three and Brevard on nine.
Pisgah is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have   all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat East Henderson 56-6. The Bears pushed the score to  49-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles had  no chance of recovering from.
 Pisgah didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Harper Henson,  Matthew Mehaffey,  and  Caleb Miller picked up one apiece.
Meanwhile, Brevard was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Tuscola 36-3. The Blue Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by 23  points or more this season.
Brevard's win came from a few key players Pisgah will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was  Ty Griffin, who picked up 122 receiving yards and one  score.  Tristan Thompson-Wynn was in the mix  as well, providing Brevard with two TDs.
 Special teams  played a big role in the game for Brevard, adding 12 points to the final score. All came from  Cristin Castillo: he went 4-for-4 kicking field goals for 12 points.
 Pisgah's record is now 7-2. As for Brevard, their record now sits at 9-0.
Friday's   matchup might be decided on the ground. Pisgah has been unstoppable on the ground this season,  having  averaged 232.1  rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Brevard struggles in that department as   they've been averaging  an even more impressive 205  rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's   contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
 Pisgah was dealt a bruising  35-0 loss at the hands of Brevard in their previous meeting  back in August of 2024. Can the Bears avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
