The Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the Decatur Eisenhower Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on February 8th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Monday, things could have been worse for Mt. Pulaski, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 51-33 loss to Clinton.
Meanwhile, Decatur Eisenhower's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight defeat. They took a 50-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Jacksonville. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Decatur Eisenhower in their matchups with Jacksonville: they've now lost six in a row.
Mt. Pulaski's loss dropped their record down to 19-9. As for Decatur Eisenhower, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-18 record this season.
